為助力建設(shè)大灣區(qū)高水平人才高地,幫助外籍人士和企業(yè)HR更好地了解現(xiàn)有的出入境政策信息,6月18日下午由深圳市出入境管理局、中國德國商會、中國西班牙商會及深圳市移民事務(wù)服務(wù)廳-國際人才服務(wù)中心(以下簡稱服務(wù)中心)主辦,在中國德國商會深圳辦公室舉辦了一場綜合性的出入境相關(guān)政策宣講會。宣講會吸引了眾多知名企業(yè)HR和國際人才參加,短短兩天報名人數(shù)已超限,現(xiàn)場不得不額外增加座位以滿足需求。
活動中,來自服務(wù)中心的Olivia對服務(wù)中心提供的各項服務(wù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,對外國人來華就業(yè)手續(xù)新辦、境內(nèi)就業(yè)手續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)聘、任職類四大類永久居留政策、海牙公約及外國人相關(guān)的常見法律法規(guī)等進(jìn)行綜合性的政策解讀,詳細(xì)介紹了各類事項的申請條件、申請流程、申請材料、注意事項等細(xì)則,列舉案例并詳細(xì)解讀各類特殊情況的處理,為企業(yè)招聘外籍員工提供清晰的指引,會上提問比較多的問題主要在外籍員工工簽辦理、工簽轉(zhuǎn)聘手續(xù)以及永久居留申請條件等細(xì)則及特殊案例上,Olivia現(xiàn)場對參會者提出的各類問題進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場答疑。
多名招聘外籍人士的公司HR表示,非常感謝出入境管理局及服務(wù)中心針對外國人就業(yè)相關(guān)的政策進(jìn)行綜合性的政策宣講,此次講座是聽過的最全面的政策講座,內(nèi)容很全面,幾乎涵蓋了外國人來華的大部分政策,不僅能夠了解到最新最全面的政策資訊,同時也可以針對自己的疑難問題得到面對面的權(quán)威解答。
據(jù)悉,服務(wù)中心由深圳市委組織部指導(dǎo)、深圳市出入境管理局及深圳市人才集團(tuán)所屬外服集團(tuán)具體落實的一站式全場景國際人才移民融入服務(wù)中心,旨在幫助來自世界各地的國際人才更好地融入中國,為他們在華在深工作生活提供更多便利。該服務(wù)中心位于深圳市羅湖區(qū)解放路4016號出入境管理局行政服務(wù)大廳18、19號窗口。服務(wù)中心配備精通中英雙語的專業(yè)咨詢顧問,能為來訪外籍人士提供工作許可、居留許可、簽證、永久居留、公證、國外無犯罪證明申請、海牙認(rèn)證(如美國、加拿大、澳大利亞、英國等20多國)、國外駐華領(lǐng)館認(rèn)證、人力資源、財稅、翻譯、駕照換領(lǐng)、醫(yī)療、商業(yè)保險、子女教育、租房等近百余項涉及外國人相關(guān)事務(wù)的咨詢及辦理服務(wù)。

[Lecture Review] Comprehensive Lecture on Exit and Entry Related Policies
To support the construction of a high-level talent highland in the Greater Bay Area and help foreign nationals and HR better understand the current exit and entry policy information, a comprehensive policy lecture was held on the afternoon of June 18 by the Shenzhen Exit-Entry Administration Bureau, the China German Chamber of Commerce, the China Spanish Chamber of Commerce, and the International Talent Service Center of Shenzhen Immigration Affairs Service Hall (hereinafter referred to as the Service Center). The lecture attracted many heads of Human Resources of Foreign enterprises to participate.
Li Chunrong, the director of the Service Center, gave a detailed introduction of the Service Center, gave a comprehensive policy interpretation of the new application of employment procedures for foreigners to come to China, transfer of employment procedures within China, the four employment type permanent residence policy, the Hague Conventions, and common laws and regulations related to foreigners, introduced the conditions, application procedures, application materials, precautions, and other details, explained in detail how to deal with various special cases, provided clear guidelines for enterprises to recruit foreign employees legally. Finally, Olivia answered the questions raised by the attendees on the spot, mainly on the details and special cases of foreign employees' work visa application, work visa transfer procedures, and permanent residence application requirements.
A number of HRs of companies recruiting foreigners expressed their gratitude to the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau and the Service Center for their comprehensive policy propaganda on immigration-related policies, and that this seminar was the most comprehensive policy seminar they had ever heard, with comprehensive contents covering most of the policies on foreigners coming to China, so that they could not only understand the latest and comprehensive policy information, but also get authoritative and face-to-face answers to their own difficult questions.
